In case you need to find a doctor or a Diagnostic laboratory or a hospital in your vicinity that specializes in specific medical fields, you can log on to our website, register yourself and thereafter get daily updates. You will also be able to get expert advice from our panel of medical experts.

A. No, we serve as a bridge between the patients and healthcare service providers. .
Q. In which areas do you offer your services?
A. 3Hcare provides information related to Diagnostic Centres, Hospitals and Doctors for consultation near you. Apart from these, 3Hcare provides a host of information on services like second opinion from best therapeutic surgeons and physicians, pharmacies in your vicinity, availability of home care service providers and real time availability of beds in hospitals in addition to making accessible quality healthcare products.
3Hcare also introduces two novel services, one, “Plan My Surgery”, wherein the patient can plan his surgery with the best of the surgeons at the viable cost & schedule and second, “Manage My Health”, wherein a person can upload his medical documents and keep a track of other wellness essentials in cloud storage.
Q. How can I avail the services of 3Hcare?
A. Our services are just a few clicks away. You only need to register yourself with 3Hcare by filling the registration form available on our website to get started.
Q. How much do I have to pay to 3Hcare for registration or for availing the benefits that your site offers?
A. Customer/patient can register and avail the benefits offered by 3Hcare free of charge. There is no fee associated with the same.
Q. Can I book for my friends and family also or is the facility limited to the person registering only?
A. You can book for yourself, for family and for friends. There is no bar on the number of people for whom you book tests.
Q. Do I have to provide any details like copy of identity proof at the diagnostic centre?
A. No, identity proof is not mandatory. The patient(s) need to furnish their details like name, age, etc. at the time of administration of tests at the Member Establishment along with the proof of booking.
Q. How do I proceed with the payment?
A. The Client / Patient has an option of either paying online through 3Hcare or make payment at the respective centre. 3H Care also provides different payment options like Net Banking, Payment Through Credit Card, Debit Card or through wallet (to be launched shortly) for the convenience of the customers.
Once the order is confirmed, you get a system generated receipt as proof of booking. The same has to be shown at the Reception Counter of the Centre to avail the facilities.
Q. How is Pay Now and Pay at Centre different for me? Is there any benefit associated with my choice of payment mode?
A. You will be charged 10% extra on the discounted order total in case of Pay at Centre as compared to Pay Now which can be claimed as cashback by submitting your diagnostic centre’s receipt along with 3Hcare Online Booking Receipt to email@example.com.
Q. Can I change my booking after the payment has been done?
A. No, once the order is confirmed, the booking cannot be changed.
Q. If services are not satisfactory, do I get a refund?
A. We endeavor to maintain the highest standards of quality in our services. However, we do not certify the quality of service of the Member Establishment as we act as a link between the patient and the service provider. Thus, if services are not found to be satisfactory, 3Hcare does not refund the money. We do, however, take note of your complaint and share your valuable feedback with the Member Establishment.
Q. Is your service restricted to Delhi?
A. Though, we are currently operational in Delhi & NCR, but we will soon spread our wings to different Cities of India. Please log on to our website (www.3hcare.in) for detailed information about your City/Area.
Q. How will I get help in case I get stuck or I have queries?

Q. Can I avail the services at any time of the day?
A. Medical emergencies can arise at any time. Our website is functional 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. You can avail the benefits as and when required. However, you can contact our support staff on working days (Monday – Saturday) during working hours (10 am – 6 pm) only.
